One work order, filed under an address. Gate code, contact, site notes: typed once, and every day of work at that address inherits them.
One packet, one tablet
It loads onto the tablet in the truck with a six-character code. That is the whole handoff — nobody on the crew is issued a login, and there is nothing to install.
No signal is a normal condition
Six crews out, and the link is gone. They keep working; the day writes to the device. If one of them needs the office, the screen goes red and a push reaches your phone.
It all lands back
Signal returns and the queue drains on its own — photographs, measurements, signatures, onto the order they belong to. Nobody retypes an evening's work.
Concrete, electrical, telecom, property.
Right now it is a phone tree. You call the foreman at 6:40 because the gate code changed. He texts you four photos at noon that do not belong anywhere. At 5:30 somebody sits down and retypes the day off a mud-stained sheet into the invoice, and the one measurement everybody needs is in a text thread on a phone that is about to go through a washing machine. That is the morning this replaces.

No app to install. The browser is the install, and it updates when the page does.
No location tracking, ever. The record is of the work, not of the person.
No productivity score, no leaderboard. A foreman reads the day; the software does not grade people.
Underneath: no outside services, no dependencies to keep current, and a suite of automated checks that has to pass before anything ships — contrast measured, not eyeballed. That is our problem to keep true, not yours to pay for. It is why the six above stay true.
